Ability to pay for items online

Allows parents to prepay for orientation items such as agendas and uniforms. This system greatly reduced bottlenecks at orientations by having paid items bagged and ready for parents. Ongoing field trips and dues can be paid throughout the year. Credit card swipers used at the schools link into the system. Previously payments were processed through our merchant's API but it has since been transitioned to use PayPal's API services.

Filterable and context based (school of the signed in staff member viewing) list of purchases

Deposits can be exported in Spreadsheet format containing tabs for items paid for online and paid for using the card swipers. Items paid for online are automatically categories into their internal accounts to assist the Accounting Department.

Define and manage items available for purchase including optional attributes like shirt size.
